Everyone is included and valued in whatever their role is. Management do not micro manage they trust in their staff to to deliver The company support their staff both in work and outside and truly care and value their staff Onboarding is done properly and every effort is made to make you feel welcome and a valuable part of the group Lots of benefits too many to mention This company has intergrity/values right from the top down, you are not just a number A VAR that understands what is and how deliver real value add to its customers
