Probably the worst company you'll ever work in.
Pros
There are very few positives of working in this organization. 1. Salary always on time. (Not a good CTC at all but whatever you are supposed to get, you'll get in on time without any delay.) 2. Some Managers are really good. They possess great leadership skills and will guide you very well. 3. Great exposure to Freshers. If you have absolutely no experience, you can join this organization but be prepared to be grilled with work. The exposure you'll get from here will be unparalleled. But the company will forget that you are a Fresher and will expect you to deliver your work without making any errors. If you are lucky to work under a good manager, you might be spared for making errors (which you will be making in any case because no one is perfect) and you'll grow, learn and actually enjoy working under them. But if that is not the case then you might face some thrashing at times. 4. They do not believe in hiring interns. You'll be hired as a full-time employee right from day one. Even if you join here as an intern, you almost have a certain chance of getting a full-time opportunity because they have less no.of employees (around 50-60) and the company is constantly seeking to hire talented individuals. So if you perform well, you'll most probably get the job in case you are not a permanent employee here.
Cons
1. The CEO of the company is a highly immature person. He barely knows how to run a company. He is from a technology background but he thinks that he can handle every department be it marketing or sales or any other. He will become better in future for sure but as of now, he is not managing the company properly. They need to hire CTO, CMO and other people in senior management for better functioning of the company but they will not hire them as they have salaries only for freshers. They can't afford experienced employees (as in having more than 5-6 yrs of experience.) Even if they can, they won't hire them as they'll be looking to save money and hire freshers instead and put pressure on them. It is a typical baniya/babu company. 2. As I have mentioned in the Pros section, some managers are really good, but the ones who are not, will make your life hell. They have no idea how much work can be delivered within a given period so expect some unrealistic deadlines. The CEO himself has no idea about how much work can be done in a stipulated time frame. When it comes to criticizing for making mistakes or not delivering the work on time, there is a certain dignity to do that but they have no idea about it and sometimes they will thrash you and humiliate you to an extent which you'll feel is way over the line. 3. No benefits to the employees. No cab facilities, though the office location is pathetic. The cab is provided only to BDEs who are working on US timings that too in the same locality. Food quality is bad. Food is not free for the employees and is a bit on the expensive side as well. There is no office infrastructure. They have only two rooms. The rest of the office belongs to another company (the parent company). They are running short of space for new employees and plan to shift to a new office location but they have not shifted as of now. 4. You'll be expected to come latest by 10 am but when it comes to leaving and maintaining the work-life balance, the upper management does not believe in it. So work here only if you are willing to sacrifice everything for the work. They have recently changed to 5 days working but doesn't make much of a difference. If the office environment is good, people don't mind coming on alternate Saturdays but if employees are constantly pressurized with work then working 5 days also becomes difficult. 5. Very occasional team outings (once or twice in a year). And by outings, I mean team lunch. No activities to motivate employees. They'll expect you to work like a robot. 6. They have a very peculiar ideology of comparing their employees which kills the team spirit. They will have 1 on 1 meeting and ask you in person to rate yourself out of 10 among team members. They are unaware of the fact that every person has a different capability and grasping speed. If one employee learns something in less time, they'll expect you to do the same which might create unnecessary pressure on you. Time and again you'll hear your Manager saying that this guy has done so much of work and look at yourself. 7. The atmosphere is filled with negativity. Most of the times, people here are backbiting and saying bad things about others behind their back. Now, this happens almost everywhere but you will not see anyone having knowledgeable meaningful conversations. Majority of the employees are college graduates or the ones still in college so the overall maturity level among the employees is close to NIL. If there are some mature employees in an office and you interact with them, it helps in your overall personality development but don't expect this here. To sum it up, this company is not for everyone. Work here only if you have no experience and you wish to gain some exposure and knowledge. If you are looking for a long term association with an organization, I'll suggest you to find some other company which pays you well, offers good facilities and has a good working environment which will motivate you to learn and grow more. There was one incident when one of the senior employee/manager even told me at my face that you won't be able to work anywhere else and would not succeed in life. Be prepared for such words of wisdom if you lag behind a little. The managers here want only those employees who can pick up speed and deliver perfect work within 5-7 days of learning.
