Nothing good in this company besides salary
- Highly coupled and unnecessarily complex architecture built around a very specific ecommerce platform
- Badly designed legacy systems with too many problems.
- A fake agile company. Calls itself as an agile but everything is done in waterfall style.
- Poor Employee rentention rate. Too many people changing and quiting making the work very difficult.
- Uses Continuous Integration, Continous Deployment (CI/CD) just for the sake of name. Rather than automated process, too many manual processes are kept in place.
- All deployments can be done only at night
- Many different projects going at the same time . Does not have proper focus
- Too many external vendors rather than hiring own developers.
- CTO and upper management with the old tech mindset and top level management made of people who previously worked together. Nepotism rather than hiring talented people.
- Zero work life balance.
- Very unmanaged process of giving work to developers.
- Does not have tech driven culture. You will be asked to cut corners with bad tech practices for the sake of completing features or solving some bugs.
- You will not learn any new tech, you will just be maintaining legacy system
