Pros

I cant think of one good pro. The job was exhausting, no progression....Instead staff didn't work well or come in on time. Staff were always upset because they were never notified that new staff would start without induction....that is the managers job....to train and induct new staff members.

Cons

When a service user was abused management didn't bother to investigate or notify the parents. Staff didn't record medication well and handover was a joke. Working alone is a liability because ur an easy target to shift blame on to.

HOS for the children's unit is too young to handle the stress of working in an organisation of this magnitute. Non compliant of Ofsted regulation.
