Needs work to improve culture

Pros

A large amount of highly competent staff who really care about Centrepoint's young people. Those people carry the organisation, quietly going about their jobs with little to no thanks. Those people should be rewarded and revered within the organisation, as they are a literal antidote to toxicity elsewhere within the organisation.

Cons

Concerning culture of bullying, which is systematic in its target and treatment of selected individuals. Bullying is ignored, and unaddressed. Bullies exert power and control over others within the organisation, through manipulation, smear campaigns, and discrediting the work of others.

Pros

Centrepoint does some great work and has some amazing people who are very committed to the young people they support.

Cons

Sadly one or two of the senior managers (not all) are incompetent, completely out of touch with what's going on on the ground because they are caught up in their own sense of power. They behave completely inappropriately, and persistently flout the company processes. As a result, if you happen to be in those directorates Centrepoint is a place where you can advance and even remain in your job depending on who you know and not what you know. Such a shame!
