Lack of real management and false promises

Near good food places that's all I can think of.

Cons

Everything, Lack of management as they hire inexperienced managers who get the employees to do their job because they can't. Everyone walks around the office with no clue of what they are actually suppose to be doing. Gossip, politics and lots of scandals you would think this place was a reality show. This job has become so disappointing with all the lies and false promises of career growth when in reality there is none and they treat you as if you are a peasant. Not a fun workplace as they promote just a facade.

Pros

Definitely the culture, however, the pro of that is heavily outweighed by the cons. The benefits are outstanding; PTO & insurance; beautiful office; has a gym onsite. Because you're expected to hit the ground running, even doing tasks you're completely unqualified to do, you'll learn a lot of valuable skills fast.

Cons

If you're being hired in any sect of operations (i.e. accounting, hr, engineering, etc.) expect to be underpaid, & depending on your manager(s), overworked. The company is novice, disorganized & money hungry; they will mow you down emotionally, mentally & professionally to bounce back from their poor decisions.

Fun people.Good times and fun events. Gym on site and some people try to keep things like the way it used to be.

Cons

Things are rapidly changing moving towards more of a stoic corporate culture not nearly as awesome as it used to be and only driven by money
