Industry leading business. Centro is the dominate rotomolder in NA expanding internationally. Great personal growth opportunities and challenges.

Cons

If you don't want to work hard and tackle challenges you should look elsewhere. Resources at times are stretched but for good cause.

Pros

Always different. Each day has great experiences and work with good people. The leaders actually care and allow us to do our jobs. Pay is good with really nice benefits. Company is growing substantially and has a lot of opportunities to advance. We have weekly team meetings and a meeting every quarter to discuss our business. Annual rewards have been very good.

Cons

A lot of overtime. Training of new people could be better as well.
