      Pros

      Headquarters in Madrid with operations offices in Bangkok and Kuala Lumpur. Some good technical staff. E&P business is a good size.

      Cons

      Weak and incompetent Spanish Management team. Data and information is not shared amongst staff. Top down dictatorial management style with inability to listen to staffs suggestions for improvement. Rude and arrogant when dealing with host governments

      Good work life balance, very positive team atmosphere, nice expat package considering location (Madrid)

      Poor and rude technical management can ruin working environment, mediocre HR policy,you need to be good at politics.
