Pros

Few talented people work here. That’s about where the positives end.

Cons

Where to begin. The company is in a very difficult financial position — and this isn’t speculation. Despite going through not one but two rounds of layoffs, the financial situation has not improved. Vendors are struggling to get paid, with multiple parties threatening to pull their services. When your day-to-day operations depend on third-party providers who are on the verge of walking away, that tells you everything you need to know about the financial health of the business. Compensation reliability is a genuine concern. End-of-service entitlements and financial commitments to employees are not handled with the consistency or transparency that people deserve. HR practices here are questionable at best. Decisions are made and dressed up in ways that appear deliberate in avoiding accountability. If you’ve been in a professional environment before, you’ll see through it quickly — but by then you’re already in. Leadership makes decisions without thinking through the real-world impact on people’s lives. There is very little sense of ownership or responsibility at any level. Mistakes are rarely owned, lessons are rarely learned. On top of all this, the core market the company operates in is shifting — raising real questions about where the business is headed strategically. The culture is toxic, and this isn’t limited to one pocket of the organization. It’s cross-functional, it’s consistent, and it’s exhausting. Bottom Line: I resigned, and I have zero regrets about that decision. If you’re considering joining and you currently have stable employment — please don’t. No offer is worth the instability, the environment, or the uncertainty this company comes with. Do your due diligence before you make a move you can’t easily undo.
