Great Company but Struggling and Poor Employee Skills

Interesting company, fast paced, some great and talented people and diverse client range. Interesting technologies and some great learning opportunities. Mostly was a pleasure to work at with no micro management.

Cons

Very poor HR interaction with employees, employees disposable as with any company but little care given to selection and done at the worst possible points in the year. Absolute bare legal minimum offered with redundancy package and the whole interaction very much tainted my opinion of what was a decent company. Redundancy happens and part of life unfortunately, however they handled extremely poorly.
