      Standard benefits Some coworkers are great to work with but share the same grief🙂

      "If you have deep industry knowledge and value efficiency, look elsewhere. This company rewards the 'Yes Ma’am/Sir' mentality and punishes those who try to bring modern, smart solutions to the table. Management is incredibly insular and treats anyone with a new perspective as a threat to their position. You will be forced to follow highly inefficient, outdated processes simply because the 'herd' is too afraid—or too unskilled—to change. Truly a culture where 'doing it the way it's always been done' is more important than doing it right."
