•Roles within the company were often misaligned, with individuals not correctly placed in their positions. •The tech lead in the UK, despite holding a leadership position, lacked sufficient experience in the tech environment, apparently he seems to be learning the software engineering basics using trial and error on company’s products. frequently making unilateral decisions that occasionally proved to be misguided. •Technical knowledge across the company was generally weak. •Managers were unresponsive and failed to address inquiries in a timely manner. •There was noticeable discrimination within the company; while some employees had their families sponsored, others did not receive the same support. •I was explicitly told that the company was doing me a favor by sponsoring my visa and should not expect any salary raise. •The private insurance provided was inadequate, offering only basic coverage that was quickly exhausted after a single diagnosis. In conclusion, while the company might be a suitable place for those just starting their careers, I would not recommend it to seasoned professionals.

Very basic company, good for starters. Their aim is to recruit people as cheap as possible in cheaper countries like Spain, Latam, South Asia ... and sell their services in more expensive markets like UK and central Europe.
