Chrysler Academy trains you how to be a proper sales consultant. They impress upon you to be polite and courteous to customers and meet them where they are at in the sales process. However Chapman's doesn't care what the customer wants or where they are at in the sales process. They want their sales consultants to be ignorant and rude and make their sales managers money. I hated it so much that they constantly said that Buyers are Liars and that they don't know what they want. Their motto... It's the sales consultant's job to tell the customer what they want. I was let go because they said I didn't have the right attitude to sell cars there. I take that as a compliment because everyone that I did sell cars to or was shopping for a car said that they were very refreshed by my sales approach. They all said that they would buy from me again.
