CEO should be mindful of who actually runs the show there, its not him for sure! HR Leadership style needs rethinking, outwardly gossiping and offending people, seems to be the norm, without much consideration to actual facts, this leads to a lack of trust. Very inconsistent and no clear direction. Anyone that contradicts this behaviour leaves very quickly

The office is nice and modern

Cons

HR team do not support their people and when you make a complaint they pay you to leave rather than deal with the issues Staff turnover is huge because of the above point The amount of money that is offered to people to leave the company can be better utilized toward better management Too much office gossip and no understanding of staff confidentiality Leaders need to lead by example...everything stems from the top!

Lots of free alcohol when you doing work trips with Senior Management.

Cons

The operations team is run by management that is out to get everyone to make themselves look better. Their is a group of managers that are called the RLT and they are a law unto themselves. They don't listen to anyone but themselves and are like the band on the titanic when everyone is jumping ship.
