      -Rapid rate of development that doesn't drop off as you get more senior -Ambitious, intelligent, engaged colleagues with a sincere desire to have a significant positive impact in the world -Values-based culture and high level of responsiveness to feedback from employees at all levels -Company is growing and maturing with proactive investment in its people and structures

      Cons

      -As with all consulting, you have to find a way to make the travelling work for you, and it can take time to adjust to this way of working -You will be held to a high standard, this is how results and development are driven at such a fast rate, but it can be intense at times
