Unbelievable amount of turnover. Go do a LinkedIn search for former employees, and you’ll be shocked that a company so small can have a graveyard this large. Poorly run all around. Lack of vision on most things and poor execution on everything else. Execs constantly shift focus while blaming people for following the previous direction. Classic case of transparency and accountability being a key focus on a culture deck, but it doesn’t apply to the exec team.
