      Good facilities and maintenance, up-to-date tech, free occasional lunches.

      Cons

      No sunlight, boring layout, lack of communication and training regarding role as it's not as important if you're not an Analyst, severe lack of career progression. No remote working - mandatory to be in the office 5 days a week.
