Pros

Colleagues are friendly and attempts are been made to update the systems. Transparency around fee targets and performance.

Cons

A very low trust culture verging on toxic Senior leadership team is not visible unless it’s Fee Earner Review HR practice is poor - pdfs on EAP etc does not ameliorate the unacceptable, almost persecuting behaviours on the ground High turnover of junior staff Pay and benefits are not competitive Some behaviours of certain senior males has more than a whiff of sexism about it

Pros

nice building to work in.

Cons

Senior fee earners have no respect for junior staff. Culture of bullying. HR does not support your concerns. I have seen staff being shouted at in front of everyone.
