Cons
The amount of work and knowledge required to be a server does not match the meager pay. This is a tip pool house, and instead of paying BOH a living wage, management reallocates grat to employees who have no direct table contact. Money is terrible. Management is apathetic, doesn't appreciate the high cost of living in the city.
