Pros
Benefits and time off are pretty decent.
Cons
The management is poor at best. My particular deparment had horrible management. Supervisor was someone who couldn't even look at you when having a conversation and nothing got done by the Team Lead or their Supervisor. Turnover was embarrasing and the Department head did little but talk all day and figure out who to either fire or drive to quitting next.

Pros
Good onsite management. Work isn't too stressful. Great engineering team and cross-communication with other departments
Cons
Lack of communication from Corporate (Houston, TX based). No raise in two year career so far. Took away 401(k) matching at the beginning of the Covid-19 outbreak and have not returned it with no word if they will.
