      Pros

      Great employee retention, this speaks to company morale and overall employee satisfaction and appreciation.

      Cons

      Sometimes there can be a heavy workload than the hired man power. However, it is a great job security for employees.

      Good ol boys club

      Pros

      Benefits are decent. Pays on time. Owners are nice even if they are out of the loop and unwilling to advance anyone that won't fit into the good ol boys club.

      Cons

      Lots of favoritism shown towards friends and family. Cannot move forward. Nepotism is rampant. Service manager dogs employees and has turn over rate. 95% of company gossip starts at the office to the rear.
