Pros
The CEO has a 9sincere dedication to servicing the children and has their best interest at heart. This is the only reason for rating a three star instead of two stars.
Cons
There was very, very poor administrative and management personal practices. They lacked constancy with implementing program policies and procedures. It was a very disfunctional and stressful environment because of the inconsistency and lack of support from management. There were too many chiefs who had no professional boundaries with staff. Unfortunately, there is a very high turn over which affects the continuity of services to the children.
