      Pros

      You will meet wonderful families at a time when they are rebuilding their lives. Being apart of the process is a rewarding experience.

      Cons

      No support from Upper management , HR, and or CEO/VP. They work together to get rid of employees that question the agencies faulty practices. Not a client centered agency.
