Paid to do exams Some managers are very dedicated to their work and agents. There is some upward opportunity if you work hard and propose something management Flexible with remote-working and family commitments

Phones can be tough. Top management don't have any connections to frontline staff and staff feel like they don't care. HR have a name for being unhelpful and not very friendly Some staff who can't do the job aren't fired
