Do yourself a favor and avoid.
Pros
Some of the people were cool to work with.
Cons
They want to work you like a slave for next to nothing. The “billing” department is a joke and they can basically speak to you any way they want and get away with it. All they care about is reviews to keep their statuses with the insurance companies. At any cost, lying about prices, returned parts, terrible quality of people in management. (Mike/Fred) You are told to lie to customers and not give certain information to insurance company reps (shady) You are told not to let anyone know what you make (because it’s a joke) The shops (all 12) clear at least 200k in profits on a MONTHLY basis but no one is getting paid any type of liveable wage. Annoying upper management. Be prepared to be the butt of the joke and take all blame when anything goes wrong. The training is a joke, the EXTREMELY long scripts you are supposed to read are pure garbage and it takes away any personalization you may be able to throw and make a customer feel like they matter.
