      Nice boss and HR at beginning If you are a Chinese with the major which is difficult to find a job and needs money and H1B, it's a good choice.

      Cons

      Hot office without air-condition Rude boss who asks your family and astrology to decide your offer which is ridiculous (outstanding parents and earth signs come first) Offer you lunch and take you to shopping mall to test your performance which is ridiculous No chance to practice English, Mandarin is enough there

      At the beginning, you feel good for everything. The relationship among colleagues is good. It is a good choice for the first job.

      Cons

      The environment is pool, no air conditioner. The CEO is so bossy and rude, and unprofessional for the work components.
