This company will treat you based on their feeling.

1. The leaders (family) has no clue on how to run, grow a business. They think that they are the smartest. 2. Micromanagement. 3. Lack of respect & trust to their staff. 4. Portraying something on social media that isn't their true culture / reality of the company. 5. HR is useless, too scared of the family, will just follow what they said even its wrong. 6. Expat beware, high turnover of Expat.
