    Pros

    The team are always really nice and helpful. Food and drinks are easy to remember and easy to dress up. Tips are available at customer discretion.

    Cons

    Upper management have no idea what working in hospitality is like. No company money for team incentives or activities. Payslips always late. Cost is placed before quality. 0-hour contracts.

    Being a waiter here was really straightforward and easy. You also make amazing tips.

    Sometimes it was difficult to communicate with the kitchen staff

    Very easy job and somehow flexible.

    Cons

    Customers are horrible, some of the managers are very petty. Hours are not nearly enough to live.
