    I worked at Chiquito part-time

    Pros

    Fun and fairly fast paced

    Cons

Over strict management. Constant management changes. People in charge have no idea what's going, no need for 5 managers per restaurant.

    Advice to Management

Stop treating staff as if they're non essential and you'll likely end up with a workforce that actually like coming into work
