I have been working at Chiquito full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    - Free meals
    - Team

    Cons

    - Long hours
    - Very Stressful

    Advice to Management

Pay more attention to you employees that are working in restaurants and are making real money for you.
There's no proper training provided, and any kind of development. People are stuck in the same position for year's without possibility getting any new skills.

I worked at Chiquito full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Free meal but that’s all

    Cons

Poor working conditions. Expected to work much more than your contracted hours but no extra pay. Customers are always right no matter what and no matter what it’s your fault regardless. Company falling apart. Would not recommend to anyone

    Advice to Management

I have been working at Chiquito part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Fast paced environment, excellent range of drinks to learn to develop bar skills. Training all done online, thorough, and good rate of pay. Excellent staff discounts!

    Cons

Often only one working on the bar during quieter days, can drag if restaurant isn't busy. Closes are a lot of work, but would usually leave at closing time.
