Pros
Management Level within the organisation and rights to work is poor. You will feel the pressure, but at the same time they will try and be clever and force you to work until they need you. When they done, they will throw you out.
Cons
I wish I could have given 0 stars, but that's no option? Employed for over 1 year and felt no appreciation. The MD is brilliant, so are the staff. But when it comes to your line managers, they will dig you to the ground and force you to work. No respect, lack of communication/peoples skill. Makes me wonder how few of the employees at this place have even decided to work here? There's no understanding or support. Yet, the Investors in people and other certificate boards are deceived. a CREDIT goes to the company for all the stuff they make. But when it comes to work, I don't think I would ever work here again. No names mentioned, but few people are clueless regarding their jobs and experience. Would love to see some bright people in here, but many of them have been here for many years. An easy life and no progression.
