    Pros

A company that has some very good people working for it

    Cons

An appalling record for not paying contractors on time. I am still waiting for my last invoice payment which is now nearly 1 month overdue

    Advice to Management

Recognize the fact that your contractors are an essential part of the success of the company and treat them the way you are treated. You demand payment form customers on time and get very upset when they delay.

I worked at Ciber full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

You find a handful of decent people who have the know how of what they do...

    Cons

Like you I read glassdoor reviews before working here; in hind sight I should have listened to the warning here (even though the recruitment team explained it away). All the things you read about this company is true.... Poorest management on the face of planet earth.

    Advice to Management

Maybe if you actually learn to manage properly things might improve... but then again that is wishful thinking... I don't think you are capable ! Your priorities are in the wrong place and that is what is taking your company to the dump !

    Pros

Posh Offices! and that is if they keep it!

    Cons

Times up! going down the pan!

    Advice to Management

Have the right people stay and don't double back on promises, they use good people without rewarding them.

    I worked at Ciber full-time

    Pros

Some good people at the coal face working under extremely poor conditions and leadership.

    Advice to Management

    Too late

I have been working at Ciber full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Not sure there are any pros anymore. Maybe a merger will get rid of current executive team so that's got to be a good thing

    Cons

CEO, CFO and executive management do not have a clue. Beavis and Butt-Head could have done a better job than these clowns.

Only option now is for company to merge with a competitor but at least that will get rid of the clowns

People at the grassroots are good and middle management is stuck not able to make decisions.

    Advice to Management

Executive team are unable to listen to or take advice so anything said here is a waste of bytes

    Pros

Lots great people working there but have no support and undervalued

    Cons

Wouldn't Trust the management or any of its sales directors plus CEO the business in the States

    Advice to Management

There is not an awful lot I can say to them furthermore they are claiming so many expenses and some of the management employee or using third party services to gain payment using their friends or manipulating the receipt which I've seen in the office.

I worked at Ciber (Less than a year)

    Pros

It is very difficult to honestly add any 'Pros' to an experience at Ciber. The company has had a very troubling history over the last few years...

    Cons

    Undervaluing consultants
    Loss of key/core clients
    Decimated consulting team
    Lack of direction
    Double standards

Clients are important but not at the expense of a solid consulting team.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your consultants they are your only key asset.
    Rebuild on stronger values.
