The company is extremely respectful to the employees and if you are looking for job security the company has been in business 117 years.

Cons

The company location is great for most because it is in a non-concentrated area for a few it may be a little longer drive.

Probably the BEST place I've worked at in my lifetime! It's a family-oriented culture here with a great work and life balance. They truly care about their employees and their families. Excellent benefits, amazing compensation package, robust 401K and more! they've been in business for over 122 years and it's still family owned and operated by the same family!

Cons

There is a need to increase "Brand Awareness" in the local community

Small company feel where what you do makes a big impact. A lot of opportunity to contribute both in and out of your department.

Cons

Growing so we need to find motivated "take ownership" type people.
