      Pros

      Great benefits, smart, hard-working individuals that care deeply about the non-profit mission. Talented staff here are sophisticated and very technical. You will learn a lot. Team is driven to go above and beyond to ensure the organization is successful. Very little politics here and staff that actually have fun working together. Culture emphasizes trust among team members and models work/life balance as much as possible.

      Cons

      IT is lacking at this company and the organization needs to stream-line outdated manual, legacy processes. I am encouraged by the new leadership team and hope they can push the organization's progress in these areas.

      Great Culture - Great Benefits

      Pros

      Dog Friendly HQ in Lansing, See each person as an individual (not a number). We are the biggest asset the company has and they acknowledge that.

      Cons

      CEO and some upper management staff is aging and seem resistant to change.
