7yThank you for your review of Circle L Solar I do have a few points to bring to your attention. Circle L Solar does in fact offer benefits for our employees- We offer Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance options to all employees after 60 days of employment, as well as monthly performance bonuses, weekend spiffs including % bumps on commission, all included paid vacations, and early advances on commissions owed. I apologize your employment with Circle L was not as expected, but when hired for the role we express the importance of utilizing the company support but most importantly in a sales type role, you are in control of your own success and what you make of the position gives you the opportunity to earn unlimited/uncapped commissions. I do wish you the best in your future endeavors!
