Pros
Circle L Solar is such a great company to work for. I started as a sales rep and later was hired on as a Recruiting Assistant. I live over an hour away from the office, yet I don't mind the drive. At Circle L Solar, you aren't just a number. The owners take time to really get to know their employees. This company really does value its employees and wants to see everyone succeed. The work environment feels like home. It is so welcoming and a family-friendly environment. I can say that I have never loved a job until I found Circle L.
Cons
I have been with this company for almost a year from being a sales rep to getting hired on as Recruiting assistant. I haven't been able to find any cons. I genuinely love my job and the standards that the company holds itself to.
