      Amazing environment, amazing opportunity for progressing, good company benefits

      Cons

      Annual pay increase for inflation was rather low considering the current climate, salary is below average for roll (the environment and job quality somewhat makes up for this)

      A company that lives and breaths it's values. Flexible working. Great benefits. Only recruit the best. Honest and open top down communication.

      I'm only 6 months or so in and genuinely can't find any cons at present.

      Pros

      Amazing recruitment process from start to finish despite being over Xmas and different to normal process Great support since I've joined up and down the organisation. Do genuinely feel we're working to one goal.

      Cons

      Nothing major really! Maybe more social opportunity with my team but that may come as it develops.
