Great people Working hours are fantastic cool, vibrant office vibe Friendly environment Office location fantastic Breakfast provided Great benefits relaxed environment

Cons

No talk of pay rise after 2 years of working with Citizen - so not much incentive to stay there and progress in a specific role. Plans to change this in the last 3 months so beneficial to new employees who start with Citizen.
