Promote from within and opportunity to move up because everyone is always leaving

Terrible management. You will be micromanaged to no end. You will do your best and you will never hear a thank you or a good job. LOTS OF ACCIDENTS. A guy had his thumb cut off. Another guy died, I assume from being treated like garbage. Management doesn't care about you.
