72% positive business outlook

Cons
No cons as such really good place to work.
Pros
Ability to work with other teams and freedom to pursue other technologies
Cons
Benefits could be better, specifically medical
Pros
- Good flexible environment - Good benefits
Cons
Most of the project in cold-fusion and not using new technologies
Pros
Excellent team, excellent projects and nice work environment. Good benefits. Cooperative management. Close to Court house metro station. Encourage for certifications.
Cons
Mostly Coldfusion projects Not technology driven company Slow to adapt latest methodologies/technologies Old school when it comes to comes to development practices
Pros
Flexible hours (as long as you get the job done) Leadership is open and approachable to employees Casual and friendly work culture Mobility between departments Work-life balance The company is growing at a rapid rate
Cons
Pay is either at or below average. Benefits could be better, but are still comparable to other companies of the same size.
Pros
Not very much oversight. If you got your tasks done, you could work when you wanted unless you were directly working with a client. Any certs you need for job are paid by company. Company pays for 2 attempts per cert. (Travel and training prep are not covered). If your looking for a stop-gap job, this is the place for you.
Cons
Poor Leadership, terrible communication, Clango would hide/cover up when employees left within a year. Poor Benefits. Poor salary compensation. Lack of company direction - does not take criticism of company direction. In-office employees pay for their own parking (roughly $20 per day). No formal onboarding or introductions for new employees. All of IT is run by 1 person, who is expected to also work client facing work. Grossly underpaid and under compensated employees leave within 6 months, which is why Clango offers a referral program that incentives referrer and the referred to stay for more than 6 months. Only offers high deductible plans with no employer contributions. HSA account is held with private company that has "admin fee" that is deducted from your HSA account - Which cuts into the amount you can contribute into your account, and doesn't go towards your deductible. (Clango leadership chose to have employees pay that fee rather than the company cover it - and also removed other plans outside of high deductible plans during COVID because healthcare costs increased) 401K is below market average. Was told 5% during interviews, but that was completely misleading.
Pros
Small company. Potential for exposure to multiple projects. Health benefit premium covered by company.
Cons
Poor communication if you're not one of the "favored" employees. Small company with little opportunity for advancement.
