      Great learning opportunities. Lots of exposure to company leadership early on. Work is never boring, every day is unique

      Cons

      Work life balance. Disconnect between leadership and project teams makes it difficult to meet and manage expectations. Compensation does not match hours put in unless you push for a raise. As a government contractor the company aligns itself with policies that conflict with the supposed company culture.
