This is the fundamental question to answer in everything we do. You are empowered, supported and valued with all the benefits you would imagine from a great organisation.

Cons

At some point, we all have to leave - I will miss it when this day comes.

Full ownership of your work, empowerment to bring new ideas and projects to the table, pleasant work environment, lots of growth opportunities especially in the form of reimbursement schemes for furthering education. Lots of fun, ClassLink-related swag (socks, backpacks, pens, mints, and more).

Cons

Fully remote can be a pro and con as you aren't able to spend time with coworkers; however, company retreats and get togethers make up for that!
