1) Dictatorship and Narcissist Country director 2) The Director don't have clear understanding of the vision and mission to achieve a commendable and notable work achievement. 3)Lack of work and moral ethic and manipulation of word and work make the office environment very negative 4) Mood Swing and incase if you got on to the nerve of the Director, like it happen with almost all the staff working under the director, she will make your life miserable. 5) 90% staff doesnt stick more than 1or 1 and half year. 6) Workshop & meeting is conducted as a ground work with no examplary work profile. Numerous chnages and delay to finalise and publish a report. 7. No use to communicate with the higher management to highlight the problem
