Pros
I no longer have to work there. (This field has a 20 word minimum, I'm just making up the space)
Cons
The new CEO has no idea what he's doing, dreadful man! It's almost laughable. Hardstaffs riding on CAPs name in order to get grants/funding as leverage probably for when the business is sold in another couple of years...... Meeting rooms may have closed doors but your intentions are very clear.

Pros
Salary is reasonable Generally the work life balance is quite acceptable. Located in a small town so commuting is not difficult
Cons
Far too many managers and too few people capable of engineering a solid product. Ineffective management coupled with reluctance of certain technical staff to share information create an environment where some staff are not being utilised to their full potential. Very resistant to change.
