Pros
Some of the best people I have worked with. If you do a good job, your coworkers make it known. I have never received more compliments on my work ethic than here.
Cons
Management has issues with foresight. The Production side is controlled by a man that will put you on the hardest and heaviest position after you call in having back pain, and openly call it "punishment". They offer "incentive pay" but will take it away for obscure and random reasons. I would not ask my worst enemy to work here with the current management.

It is Day shift only and weekends off
Cons
There are a lot of trip and slip hazards that need to remedied. Supervisor is unprofessional and unqualified. Nepotism, cronyism, and favoritism are rampant. Very negative work place.
