      Interesting work, while there are periods where you are expected to work long hours generally offers good work-life balance, juniors get a lot of responsibility early on

      Fabulous working culture in an interesting industry, desperate to see hocky-stick growth

      Pros

      Cleantech Group is filled with a wonderful group of people and has a young and dynamic work culture. We do exciting work with cleantech investors, corporate innovators, and cleantech entreprenuers around the globe and have an exciting vision. There is a very open culture where people have the freedom to express their thoughts, ideas, and concerns all the time

      Cons

      Whilst we have taken our product to a certain point and now looking to expand it. We have been backed by VCs for a long time who see us as a surviving, but not out-performing company. We are desperate to experience hock-stick growth and that desperation can lead to disappointment.
