Great Group of People
Pros
Left for a number of reasons but the people here was not one of them. Let me start by saying this is a fantastic company to work for. This place fosters an A-Team/winners mentality but you also get recognized for the grind and hard work you put in here & it does not go unnoticed. Jesse is an incredibly competent & understanding manager who is helpful & available for everyone no matter their position, **Attention College Graduates** this is a great place to kick off your sales career or get your foot in the door into a corporate setting. You are shown the ropes in an apprenticeship style of training, working under one of the business development managers. You are treated like a full time employee and they even offer bonus incentives to interns, Very grateful I got to start here & would recommend to all recent graduates.
Cons
The staffing/subcontracting space is highly competitive.
