      Transformative Experience

      Pros

      Definitely the most rewarding experience I've ever had. Teaches you how to speak to complete strangers, overcome objections, and in general create your own success. The managers are extremely supportive, don't micromanage you, and give you all the tools you need to succeed. They also do a great job at getting you close with your other colleagues and make the entire summer very enjoyable through team dinners and events. I would definitely recommend this job to someone looking to really push themselves and learn something new.

      Cons

      This is definitely a job that requires you to put your head down and work. Its entirely commission, so you only make money if you make sales. You also work Monday - Saturday. So, as much as it is a great learning experience, it really does depend on you to make it what you want it to be.
