      We make the owners a lot of money.

      They take advantage of their workers, offer very little to no training which is why they have such a high turnover. No support. Awful

      The culture at ClearDeskis incredibly supportive and collaborative. Leadership genuinely values employees and encourages collaboration at all levels. The team spirit and camaraderie make it a great place to work.

      Honestly, I can’t think of any major cons. The company does a great job addressing employee needs and maintaining a positive culture.
