Excessive interference from the finance team in the running of the India office has divided the office into political camps, created a penny-wise-pound-foolish culture and led to a loss of staff morale. The HR function appears helpless and totally inexperienced to handle people issues. There is a lot of discontent among India office team members. Compared to a stable setup a month ago, the office now sees more employees at job fairs looking for jobs than in the office doing work.

Very poor management of pune and I doubt if the senior management in US knows the reality. I have seen the growth going down. The Pune management doesn't have any vision nor they nurture the people and their skills.
