Pros

Great supportive, team culture. Management lets you work autonomously but is always there when a need arises. Good products that fill genuine customer needs. Company listens to and integrates employee feedback. Good PTO policy. Really great place to settle in for long term employment.

Cons

After hours sales meetings. Insistence on participation in Teams chats that often feels like busywork or superfluous activity. These are minor tradeoffs for an otherwise excellent company culture and experience.

Pros

There is so much support and sincere concern for my success! ClearVision is a 76 year old family-owned company and from the first day I felt like I was adopted into the family. The President of the company, David Friedfeld, and all of the rest of the employees constantly make themselves available and truly care about my feedback. I don't sell frames, I am empowered to make a difference in the optical industry. This is one of hardest, but most rewarding jobs I have ever had.

Cons

I have a huge geographic territory and there is a lot of travel and nights away from home (but I see it as way to make a difference in my new "friends" lives).
