Pros

*Endless learning of Cloud technologies which changed me forever. *Short commute, I used to walk to work sometimes. *Media Streaming and being able to watch exclusive episodes before the general public. *Some Friendly co-worker. *Decent Pay and good benefits *Free Food Wednesdays were awesome! *Decent gym and a delightful zen room. *Lunch and learn opportunities

*4 promises of promotion were unfulfilled ( All I wanted was a pathway to growth) *Lots of egos and folks thinking that they were smarter than Einstein *Favoritism ( sys ops usually got away with murder) *Folks will throw you under the bus and back the bus on you *Training was poor.....better yet inexistant and you're held accountable once stuffs break. *Input of ways to be effective and efficient were ignored.
